So happy with Grand Openings. Cable snapped on my garage door late in the evening making my door unusable and completely misaligned. Called at 8 AM and they shifted their non critical appointments to accommodate me for 2:30PM....They had a cancellation and notified me that can come sooner (10:30 AM)...Matt Smith, the tech, showed up on time, very professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Took care of business in 30 minutes while also making other adjustments that I've been putting off for a while. We needed a strut replaced and a tune up on our 23 year old garage door. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Matt installed the strut and tuned up the door in under an hour at a very reasonable price. It is much quieter and operates smoothly. We will certainly call him again.

When my garage door went off its track, I panicked because it was Friday and the door wouldn't shut. I called Grand Opennings and Mike said he'd be out around 5:30-6pm. He was true to his word. It was friendly & polite, and fixed the door for a reasonable service charge. The door works significantly better now than it did before it even broke!

New to Raleigh, I went to Yelp for garage Door Service. I was impressed by the reviews about Grand Openings so I gave them a call. I then experienced all of the positives mentioned in the reviews: quick service, cost-saving advice, and expert installations. The overall results for my two garage doors far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Matt and Mike to anyone who wants great garage door service/installation at a fair price with minimal delay.

Returned my voicemail within a short time and scheduled the appointment for the following afternoon. Technician arrived within the window promised. Technician was friendly, repair was quick and thorough, and for a reasonable price.

Mike came out and replaced my broken Torsion spring, he got out here lightning fast, was really nice to deal with, and fixed the thing in 15 minutes even while I was asking questions and distracting him. If I have any other garage door problems I will call him first, and so should you.

Wife backed into garage door knocking it off track damaging the rollers and frame big time! Called Mike on a Sunday, he returned the call shortly thereafter that same day and came out right on time as promised Monday morning and had it fixed by noon. Doesn't get any better than that. He even convinced me to keep the wife.
