So I am back today to report my good experience with having our opener replaced. Billy arrived per schedule and was courteous and respectful. He got right to work and finished quickly. He took the time to explain some newer functions to me.This is my fourth time using Grand Openings. If I have trouble again, they'll always be my first call. I have twice damaged our door due to my own absent-mindedness, and once we had broken springs. This they have always been friendly, timely, honest, and done excellent work! The owner himself was on the job two of these times. The last job before this one left my door working better than it was before I damaged it!I don't think you can go wrong with this company, and I highly recommend them.
