Grand Openings Garage Door was very responsive. My safety sensors failed over the weekend and by Tuesday afternoon they were replaced with new ones. Matthew was thorough, professional, and friendly.

We had what seemed a strange problem with one of our garage doors, in that it would not open properly, only rising about a foot from the ground. Billy pointed to the appropriate area on the back of the motor where an easy adjustment resolved the problem. Billy was on time and took his time to check out all of the doors’ rollers and lubricate all hinges and the chain. I was please with the service.

In general, very pleased with response and quality of service...Sent email and called in morning of Fri Nov 8, and by mid afternoon, service was complete / problem solved at a reasonable price. Matthew Smith is a good worker who gets right to work, and is willing to listen and respond to customer questions and requests. In addition, I appreciate being informed via text that he (serviceman) is on his way with ETA... Also, received both an estimate + invoice for future improvements to my garage door system. Thanks to Grand Opening Garage Door for fixing my garage door. The door was half way closed and the springs were falling off to the front and stuck between the heavy door. Mike and Austin came to rescue. They both were very knowledgeable and resolved the issue within one hour. I was so impressed with their work. Highly recommend them to everyone!
