We had a very good experience with Grand Openings Garage Door Co. We needed our broken spring replaced ASAP, and they came through. We only had to wait a couple hours before the repairman, Billy, showed up. Billy was friendly, cordial, explained what needed to be done, and had replaced two springs in less than an hour. We ordered a Hormann model 4400 garage door almost exactly 4 weeks ago. We were told time frame would be 4-5 weeks. They installed the door today and it is great. The new opener is very quiet. Great light through 4 insulated glass windows. The insulation on the Hormann door is an R-16 which should be a huge change for our garage. Very professional installation. Well recommended to all that want to upgrade their homes.

Save yourself the time and call these guys first. Reputable and very honest.I backed into my garage door before it went up all the way.The first company I called were very nice but said the door was continued and it would cost $3k to $6k (in options) to repair.These guys showed up, fixed it in 30 minutes, and educated us on maintenance. $90. No new doors needed. Even if we did, the doors were not discontinued - the inside hinge was.We will only call them in the future.

Outstanding work by GOGD!!! My garage door collapsed from the wall where I could not open the door. I thought it was a huge replacement effort. Tech Matthew arrived the same day in the afternoon and got everything back in place with minimal replacement. He showed his experience in expertly taking things apart and getting things back in place. I thought I dodged a bullet in a big cost. Unfortunatley we discovered my garage door opener stopped working because of the event. A new Liftmaster open was installed the next day. Great work and great service! The timeliness and expertise were terrifice! I would highly recommend GOGD for your garage door needs.

Where other Garage Door Repair services quoted $200 for parts, Grand Openings Garage Door kindly informed me that Lift Master (Chamberlain) garage doors have a lifetime warranty on parts. So, I was able to order the parts for free (free delivery in one week) and only had to pay for the installation. I was able to save the cost of parts, but had to wait a week for the delivery of the parts. Manually opening and closing the garage door is a good strength exercise.
