So happy with Grand Openings. Cable snapped on my garage door late in the evening making my door unusable and completely misaligned. Called at 8 AM and they shifted their non critical appointments to accommodate me for 2:30PM....They had a cancellation and notified me that can come sooner (10:30 AM)...Matt Smith, the tech, showed up on time, very professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Took care of business in 30 minutes while also making other adjustments that I've been putting off for a while. Door works better than when I bought the house 12 years ago...Very reasonably priced also. Absolutely love the way I was treated and how quickly and professionally handled.
