Promptly arrived with a friendly smile. Austin walked me through his evaluation of the opener and discussed our options. We chose to move forward with a new opener since ours was 12-15 years old and it didn’t make sense to me to put money into an old opener. Austin got to work and quickly installed the new quiet opener and went over all the instructions for opener and key pad. I would recommend Austin and Grand Opening to anyone needing service or a new opener.

Top notch from my phone call through payment. My call was returned promptly, service scheduled for the next day, and the tech (Austin) arrived early within the agreed upon time window. Austin was courteous, professional and efficient. He serviced both doors, added new seals at the bottom (at my request on the spot), checked his work and cleaned up. What more could you ask for? The price was fair for the work completed.

Mike came out quickly to repair the broken spring on our garage door. He even took out all the squeaks in the door and fixed the eyes too. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing repairs. And to top it off, he is a super nice guy.

My experience with Michael was great! I had a garage door spring break on a Sunday morning. I left him a voicemail at 10:00am, he called me back by 11:00 and arrived to fix by 3:00 and was done by 3:30. On the phone he talked me through all the scenarios and quoted me a price right up front. The price is standard for supplying and installing the new spring. He also fine tuned the door a bit while here working on it. I certainly will call in the future as garage door repair needs come into play.

Mike emailed us back within about 30 minutes of leaving a contact form on the website and after a few emails exchange back and forth, we had pricing and a time agreed on. Matt came out that very next day to handle our repairs. He was extremely professional, explaining what exactly failed and what repairs he was going to be making. Matt finished the repairs, fine-tuned all the adjustments and cleaned up, and was out the door in under an hour. These guys are great and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for garage door service.
