Professional and charge reasonable
Love this company so much. They helped me back in 2016 when I first bought my house and the garage door was wonky from years of no use. Then when my garage door went off the rails this year (9 years later), they came back and helped me again. The garage door is almost 40 years old, and instead of upselling me, they did everything they could to get it back on track and grease up the rails. I asked for a quote for a new door, seeing as the repair was pretty tough and could only do so much for an old door. The company gave me a quote and gave me time to budget for a new door. I appreciate their focus on customer service and understanding that we can't always afford to replace things. I am very happy with this company and recommend it to everyone.
Had an issue, but Grand Openings responded immediately, offered to come out same day, but I couldn't be available so they came at my convenience, fixed the issue straight away, performed a complete check of all components and provided great customer interactions. Highly recommend!
This is the 2nd time I’ve used Grand Opening. I called between 8 and 8:30 AM when my garage door failed to open because of a broken spring. The receptionist gave me. ballpark figure to replace both “250” springs and promised someone would arrive between 11 and 1 and send me a text beforehand. Matthew teams just before noon and said he was on the way; he showed up at noon and replaced both springs within $25 of the estimate. Grand Opening technicians know what they’re doing. They are courteous and do a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Had Grand Openings come for a second opinion and they said that my garage door spring wasn’t broken and that it just needed to be serviced. It’s nice there are still some honest people left in the world. Had I not called them I would’ve been out a lot of money trusting the first opinion.

I had a broken spring over the weekend and called the guys at GOGD. They asked if it was an emergency or could wait until the Monday. It could wait so Billy came out first thing Monday and fixed the spring along with some other minor issues. I highly recommend GOGD!

Billy arrived as scheduled and was able to repair and straighten our garage door with no need to replace it. Looks great! Cannot even tell it was damaged. Would highly recommend!!!
