Professional quote and service. Did a great job removing and I stalling the new doors and openers. Removed all the old stuff and cleaned up the work area better than it was when they started. Would highly recommend them for the work, quick quality service, and professionalism from everyone I dealt with.

Excellent experience! They came the same afternoon, had all the required parts on the truck and repaired the door ! Price for parts and service call were very reasonable! Billy and Donna were great! Now i dont have to leave my garage door open over night!!

Matthew was in my neighborhood doing a repair while I was waiting for a tech from another company who was late yet again. I spoke to Matthew, he made a call and worked me into the schedule for end of day. He arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He repaired my opener then proceeded to adjust the spring and lube the hinges “just because they needed it”. He went above and beyond so I give him five stars for sure. The professionalism he exhibited presented your company in an amazing way. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know. Beyond impressed.

I am very pleased with the prompt service that we received. I called one afternoon and was asked if I needed immediate attention, which I did not, but was easily seen the following day. Billy was a super nice guy, and was done replacing the springs within an hour

I highly recommend this company and especially Matthew Smith. He has done a great job at replacing the motor and chain system for my garage. He is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained clearly and walked me through replacement options without pressure. Installation was scheduled and completed quickly. Fast response to request for quote on a repair. Scheduled the repair between 9 and 11 am and sent a picture and the location of the repair vehicle to track. Matt showed up promptly at 9 am and replaced the door spring. Very good experience with Grand Openings, fair pricing, great service, and great communication! I will use them for all future garage door repairs!
