I used grand openings many years ago to install insulated doors and they did a great job. I recently had a spring to break. I reached out to them again. They very promptly setup a service time to repair it very quickly. The technician notified me when he was on his way. The repair was smooth and quick. I would 10/10 recommend this company!

My home builder originally installed a Wayne Dalton Torquemaster and one of the springs snapped. I wanted it converted to a standard torsion spring system since they’re easier to repair if something goes wrong. My only car was trapped in the garage and I was unable to manually lift it on my own. Within a couple hours of calling Grand Opening, Mike came out to lift it for me so I could have access to my car until they were able to do the conversion. I called a couple other places first, and Grand Opening by far had the fairest price. Local company with fair pricing and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

The owner of the company came out to give us a quote for a new motor, cables and a strut on Wednesday, and the technician (Michael) just finished the installation! I am very satisfied with the work Mike and Matt did. My door made such noise, you could hear it down the block. Mike came to give me an estimate around 1:00 and Matt was here around 3:30. In addition Matt did maintenance on the door both Mike and Matt are friendly and go the work done quickly and all the noise is gone.

Love this company so much. They helped me back in 2016 when I first bought my house and the garage door was wonky from years of no use. Then when my garage door went off the rails this year (9 years later), they came back and helped me again. The garage door is almost 40 years old, and instead of upselling me, they did everything they could to get it back on track and grease up the rails. I asked for a quote for a new door, seeing as the repair was pretty tough and could only do so much for an old door. The company gave me a quote and gave me time to budget for a new door. I appreciate their focus on customer service and understanding that we can't always afford to replace things. I am very happy with this company and recommend it to everyone.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Grand Opening. I called between 8 and 8:30 AM when my garage door failed to open because of a broken spring. The receptionist gave me. ballpark figure to replace both “250” springs and promised someone would arrive between 11 and 1 and send me a text beforehand. Matthew teams just before noon and said he was on the way; he showed up at noon and replaced both springs within $25 of the estimate. Grand Opening technicians know what they’re doing. They are courteous and do a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Had Grand Openings come for a second opinion and they said that my garage door spring wasn’t broken and that it just needed to be serviced. It’s nice there are still some honest people left in the world. Had I not called them I would’ve been out a lot of money trusting the first opinion.
Our car was trapped in the garage with a broken door. Within a few hours of calling the problem was professionally resolved.
